My countdown calendar tells me it’s eight days to go to international yoga day on 21st June.
So what are your plans? A special YWA session? Try a specific pose you never tried before? Make a new Yoga resolution? Read that yoga book on your bookshelf? Make that YWA mat spray?
I’ll have to have a think for myself, as I’m doing a 30 day Pilates challenge this months, but will want to do something special Yoga-ish on that Monday.
