Should I change clinic?
I've also been offered no help in effectively managing my symptoms, except to take strong pain killers (at the moment that's tramadol), and do
yoga
... I'm feeling completely at a loss as to what to do - is it worth the fuss of trying to change clinic in the NHS to get a second opinion?

Here's What you should 'eat' to fight prostate cancer....
Lifting weights, using resistance bands, doing bodyweight exercises like
yoga
, push ups and sit ups, and even heavy gardening with a lot of digging and shoveling. Vigorous exercise should get your heart rate up to 70 to 85 percent of your maximum heart rate. Not sure what that is?

What’s my next step here?
Yesterday, for example, I did not even half an hour of very gentle
yoga
and this afternoon I’ve come to bed as I’m too whacked to do much else. This is worrying as I am hoping to return to work next month. I’m self employed, so have some control over it.

I eat a completely organic diet as I have access to a farm and I do
yoga
and walk to keep sane as well as knit. I have myelofibrosis and three different mutations with a chronic portal vein thrombosis. I’m a cervical cancer survivor as well.

Exercise with migraines
I enjoy
yoga
and pilates but all the downward poses set off migraines too. I have tried making sure I am fully hydrated when I do the exercise. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what they did to fix it or change it.

Decided to try this group to see if I can discipline myself to do
yoga
again. Been off and on with it and need something to motivate me to be good at it again.

Woohooo! My knees are strong! (Or: Intervals!)
Just finished now my 30min
Yoga
in my lunch-time break and I still feel grinningly strong. The three 10 second planks were even doable! I know!? Right!? And to top it all off, look at that gorgeous Scottish Highlands I’m running through on my North Coast 500 Challenge (picture)!

Feedback on test results and symptoms
Over the past 5 years or so, my energy levels have gradually declined and I went from being very active (climbing 3x/week, running,
yoga
, cycling everywhere) to barely able to go for a stroll some days with some post-exercise fatigue thrown in.

Our Journey is over
A person who would never start his day without
yoga
practice for 75 minutes. He was already broken when doctor told him that this disease do not have any cure. He came to visit me at US on 2018 and luckily I got appointment with Penn medicine.

What I have learned from 1 year with Early Onset PD - "Glass Half Full"
•The biggest change has been exercise 7 days per week – I only did minimal exercise before PD but was told to by one of the physios – "You must do one of
Yoga
(I said no way), Tai Chi (I said no way) or Dancing (I said I'll do
Yoga
😊)… so I do 30-35 mins
Yoga
every day.

Making Good Choices can Pay Off.
I go for a walk every day and regularly engage in gentle
yoga
for osteoporosis. Both of these activities help to develop some muscle tone, improve balance and increase joint mobility...all of which in turn are important for maintaining strength, endurance and mobility.
