Sleeping on a hard surface calms T down?

A shot in the dark here. Twice l've noticed that sleeping on a hard surface (e.g. going camping, or sleeping on the same camping mat, but on the hard floor inside a house) has had an earthing effect on me, giving me what feels like a deep refreshing sleep (if sleep is had).

Has anybody tried this? Does it calm your T?

Caveat: l mean sleeping on the hard floor / hard ground, but it must be on a camping mat / yoga mat nonetheless (otherwise you'll just be hurting all night!).

Hi there it helped me the other day when l slept on the floor indoors, and possibly last year when l went camping once. I'm not going to pretend it's a cure though, but just one strategy.

Hope it works for you. All you need is a camping mat / yoga mat, and of course something for a pillow, and either a blanket or maybe just a duvet cover - you can sleep inside the duvet cover itself, it's good enough for summer.
