Where have they all gone?!
Also gone are introductions to
yoga
, pilates and dance. I was wondering if anyone knew what was going on.

Mastocytosis
I find
yoga
helps with my well being, as having a rare illness can sometimes be hard to deal with. I hope other people with systemic mastocytosis reply to your posting, so that you realise you are not alone. All the best.

To go out or not go out 😐 (Even Misty can't decide)
I'll try gentle
yoga
stretches in the next few days if it's pain free . If not then it may be a call to the physio 😐

I listened so you don't have to
Today I thought I'd listen to NRC's 'Running &
Yoga
' guided run. I told my husband he could go on ahead and come back to me when he was ready, then I put BBC6 on and started the run. I was actually a bit disappointed by it, just the running coach and a
yoga
coach chatting for 25 minutes.

Research your options!!
I have also read that weight bearing exercises,
yoga
, walking are helpful. Currently I am reading a few different books on the subject and will also go to a doctor that specializes in bio identical treatments and natural cures.

Managing Big Emotions with a New Diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis
I lived in
yoga
pants and baggy T-shirts for a solid six months. Second, I was too anxious to make social plans, so I didn’t see friends or family for those same six months. This emotion of loneliness took some creativity to conquer.

Advice from anxiety victim of 4yrs...
You all need to exercise, do
yoga
, and avoid stress ful situations. Prayer helps alot. And music... think positive it will get better. Always go to your doctor, and physicist to talk to someone who can support you.Physicist will listen to your problems and tell you the next steps to take.

Preparing thoughts for Endo appt on Monday
That then more or less settled but still tingling hands, swollen water-retention layer over my body especially knees, often whacked out by 6pm but enough energy to do exercise (walking,
yoga
or swimming) most days but usually with evening crash.

Running down the 5k memory lane
I started moving my rowing peripherals into nice baskets into the rowing room: my shoes and gloves, my music stand that always holds my iPad, my sweatbands and towels, and my
yoga
mat and blocks.

The base of the spine is not great but he felt if I could build up my strength again ie swimming and sitting Pilates or
yoga
I could assist this part. The nerves though impinged again in lower back are not at a level he would do anything about either.

A little slice of calm and patience
Later on, I doubled up on a couple of Adriene's
yoga
sessions with the sun pouring through the windows and onto my
yoga
mat, the patio doors are open and Isla is enjoying her post run snooze stretched out on the patio in the sun. Perfect.

59 and finally diagnosed
I have been a vegetarian since 18, I have done
yoga
/swimming/cycling/gym for 30 years and have tried every diet and psyllium husks, triaphala and whole foods for years. But have felt so much pain and depression. Gave up dating after my last relationship 6 years ago as so miserable and in pain.

Hills & knees for a newbie
I’ve never been a runner because my knees always hurt - but food changes and
yoga
seem to have helped this.
