Meet yourself where you are at. Yoga is an art and science of connecting to your true self. Begin by noting your breath and how you feel on your inhale and exhale. Most importantly follow your intuition. There are many paths in our yoga exploration. We start to develop a healthier relationship with ourselves and that requires gentle compassion for where we feel blocked or develop self sabotaging behaviours. It's a deep enquiry whilst beautifully simple. I share various tools here. See what calls to you. Certainly begin with the breath - you might explore 'pranayama for beginners' if that is a helpful search tip. Enjoy! Ciara
