Source of T3
However I’m still suffering low mood/depression,
weight
gain, hair
loss
, to name a few. All my GP will offer is antidepressants. I’ve slowly increased my T4 from 50mg to 125mg over the year, but my T3 levels never increase. My T4 plummeted at the start of winter (is that usual?

Feeling great today
I started my
weight
loss
journey at 25st 3lbs and felt a bit disheartened after going up 2lbs in my first week, a bit better losing it a week later but this week I lost a further 3lbs! I am now exactly 25st!

Reversing osteoporosis naturally.
The aim was always to promote improved bone density: my goal was not
weight
loss
, or going “totally alkaline” or anything else – I was fully focussed on encouraging bone development. How did I start ? 1.By cutting out the bad stuff.

Zoladex - weight and after your course?
Hey all, I was just wondering if anyone wouldn’t mind sharing their experiences / stories with zoladex and
weight
gain /
loss
? I’m on my 5th round of zoladex now and my
weight
has gone up rapidly in the past 5 months I have noticed - and it’s really getting me down.

Never ending urge of urination and problems related to that.
Also it doesn’t create problem on any daily activities like reduced stamina or fever or
weight
loss
or anything. Just the urge of urination causes difficulties to perform penis related tasks.

Week 4
I have also been trying to lose some
weight
and achieved a 5lb
loss
over the past 3 weeks but disappointment hit this morning when I found I had put 4lbs back on. I have stuck to my eating plan but have changed to Granola and Fat Free yogurt for breakfast, to give energy for my runs.

Still have diarrhea, stomach pains and have lost over a stone in weight (didn't weigh myself before all this started so not sure of
weight
loss
time frame). Having spoken to the practice nurse last Tuesday, I was told I've been urgently referred.

How Can I Improve Hypo Symptoms without Causing Arrhythmia and Results of Thyroid and Adrenal Tests
Hi, A while ago I posted on here with continuing hypo type symptoms eg fatigue,
weight
gain, hair
loss
, coldness, while taking 1 grain NDT daily. (I have Hashimoto's and had a partial thyroidectomy in the 1990s due to Graves).

Near infra red light therapy for Parkinson's and Alzheimers
I hope all are well, I finished my near infra red light therapy helmet. I am not diagnosed but have all the signs of developing parkinson's at 58 except the tremor so I am trying to be proactive. I added a pwm controller from Amazon that pulses the light at 40 hz which is seen as the most therapeutic

Low-carb diet - ketogenesis - PSADT
We previously reported the LCD intervention led to significant
weight
loss
, higher HDL, and lower triglycerides and HbA1c with a suggested longer PSADT. However, the metabolic basis of these effects are unknown.
