I'm amazed I've got this far! I've stuck to the plan and followed the advice found on this forum and managed to complete Week 4 Run 1 early Saturday morning. Week 3 wasn't easy for me, particularly the first 2 runs so I therefore wondered if I was ready for Week 4.
I decided to give it a go anyway and by slowing my pace a little I managed to push through all the runs and complete it. To say I was buzzing (and exhausted!) at the end was an understatement! Definitely my biggest feeling of achievement so far.
I have also been trying to lose some weight and achieved a 5lb loss over the past 3 weeks but disappointment hit this morning when I found I had put 4lbs back on. I have stuck to my eating plan but have changed to Granola and Fat Free yogurt for breakfast, to give energy for my runs. I wonder if this is the cause?
Anyway, back to running - have a go at the weeks you feel uncertain about, you may surprise yourself!!
