Has anybody tried Light Therapy?
I live in an area that has at most 20 days of light. After using a light therapy lamp that delivers up to 10,000 lux for a week the severe RLS symptoms are now very mild. I have also found that I no longer need to take medication at night. Hopefully the light therapy continues to work for me. I am

Reflux making me even crazier!
Ironic that 3 months before that I had started eating smaller meals (and slower) to loose
weight
- that was working as far as
weight
loss
. Dr. switched me to Pantoprazole (no change). It took till Dec16th of 2021 to get a TIF procedure - that I knew may or may not fix the problem.

Week 5, run 3 completed and still going good
I’m using the NHS
weight
loss
app, which is helping me lose
weight
and I’m half way to reaching my
weight
loss
goal. The treadmill is serving me well for now, although I am beginning to find it a little restricting.

My Dad's PSP Journey
Although having a PEG would mean that Dad would get better nutrition and would prevent further
weight
loss
and reduce the risk of choking and aspiration, it comes with a big negative.

Joint pain remedies - Infra red light?
Nothing seems to help with the anastrozole side effect of pain in joints, ligaments, muscles. I have been reading recently about infra-red light therapy (LED phototherapy - has a bunch of names), used on skin but also on athletes for injuries of all sorts. Has anyone tried this? If so, did you get

* Little to no
weight
loss
despite exercising. only when eating 1200 cal a day do I loose weight which then plateaus obviously because it’s not sustainable, I’m then so ravenous, brain fails to recognise satiety, I put it all back on * Low BP 110/76 - checked a few times over last year nurses previously

I have been getting symptoms of anxiety, higher than usual heart rate and also
weight

(although just put it down to having a new baby and sleep deprivation). Anyway, the GP did tests and it turns out I have hyperthyroidism with a ?goitre and also raised thyroid antibodies .
