Our 4-part nutrition course is for those who need to lose weight in order to progress with fertility investigations and treatment, who have been told by a clinician to reduce their BMI. During this 4-week nutrition course, we will help you discover how best to eat to help you achieve a healthy BMI, while also ensuring you are eating the right foods to promote your reproductive health. Over the 4 weeks, we will also look at the importance of lifestyle changes in supporting weight balance and fertility.
