Hi, I'm new. I apologise, this is long and may be upsetting x
I started my
weight
loss
journey (properly, not just fads, if that makes sense x) in 2019. My then bf had proposed and I hated looking in the mirror because I was 19.4st.

5 days post op from circumcision
I had
weight
loss
surgery and have a lot of loose skin in my pubic area so when I sit down it tends to ‘bury’ my penis a bit, I’ve noticed that the skin on my shaft rolls forward on the stitches but it could reduce as the swelling goes down, I’ve also noticed some smell but not an infected smell more

I had very light spotting at the end of July/beginning of August… I’m not overly worried about when my periods will return but I’m just wondering how easy it was for anyone to loose
weight
after? Also if anyone experienced bone density
loss
?

Always Something Positive
Thinking about fitness and
weight
loss
isn't helpful for me. The only way to get these ling term targets is through the short term achievements So, I always try to find some positive aspect to every run. Last weekend's 6km sortie was particularly productive 1.

HCM - Symptoms and Treatment
I know the
weight
loss
will help me in the long run. Right now, It’s no life for a 33 year old. I’ve never actually spoken to anyone with HCM, or who has had a pacemaker fitted due to it. I’d love to chat and see what others have experienced.

Happy Sunday all! Wk 8 run 3 done - looking down the barrel of week 9 😁🏃♀️
On my Fitbit I seem to be running in zone 3 & 4 (comfortably) but I was told that running in zone 2 is for maximum benefit, i.e.
weight
loss
? Does anyone else know about this? I’d be grateful for any ideas. Thanks 😊

Improving Bone Density with diet and exercise – the story continues.
The aim was always to promote improved bone density: my goal was not
weight
loss
, or going “totally alkaline” or anything gimmicky – I was fully focussed on encouraging bone development. How did I start ? 1. By cutting out the bad stuff.

Acalabrutinib and water
Has anyone else experienced
weight

in treatment? Do other treatments necessitate loads of water intake as well? I notice already my large neck nodes have decreased in size. Would that account for

even though I feel hungrier, nervous, anxiety cold clammy hands my heart rate use to go down to 50-60 when resting now it’s 60-70. Can’t seem to relax is that normal? Head feels right with a headache too. Eyes are sore as well.

Finally some progress
The diagnosis was rapid onset NASH due to rapid
weight
loss
. The masses seen were fatty lesions. One had compressed the IVC, another compressed the Portal. This led to grade 1 varacies, which vanished after the fatty masses vanished.

Should I tell GP I'm taking T3 on private prescription?
No
weight
loss
on T3. From being a perfect size 10 pre Hypo diagnosis in 2012, I've never lost the 6 stone weight gain since.

Fatty Liver and Low White Blood Cell Count
Diet, reduced alcohol, increased exercise and
weight
loss
has contributed to getting my figures within range (except for GGT). I do have digestive issues especially if I were to eat fried foods. I have bloating that seems to unbalance my mood and creates anxiety.
