Stress

Hi everyone Not posted for a while but my life recently has been interesting to say the least. I've had a house move back to my home town alone I might add been involved in a car crash and receiving physio for back shoulder injuries my niece died in a separate car accident I've had police involved when a stalker hacked into my amazon account and hammered my account with mass orders and to top it all I ended up in resus last Tuesday and resulting stay in hospital until thankfully just Saturday night .

The above has caused stress to run riot and abecome a serious threat to my mental health . ( other things have happened which the stalker has done but I can't comment as ongoing police investigations stop me from saying what )

All the above has made breathing very difficult these last few months , chest pains and a constant feeling of inflammations my lungs which won't go away increased heart bpm, more tired, headaches, loss of weight ( 2 stone) flare ups of ibs which was under control, needless to say a big increase of infections and steroids usage.

The reason for this post is to say I've really been helped by z course of cbt counselling it really does work .I'm derling much better these days after letting go of my anger anxiety and worry over things I can't control , over thinking isn't good either

Getting counselling isn't a failure on my part it's a positive move to heal oneself.

This post is long enough so I'll wish you all a breath easy day with little or no stress .

Dave!!!!! WTH!!! That sounds a lot and to happen in a few months must’ve really been difficult so I’m really sorry you have had to go through this - highly stressful is an understatement!

Im so aware when I get anxious about anything my breathing gets affected and I have to try and do some deep breathing because it’s a heightened state that can be difficult but thank god you got some therapy for all of this. And yes when on that stressed state can bring on Illness. I’m pleased to hear your out of hospital and back home (wherever that may be)

God bless you it’s such a difficult time

Morning Dave, How nice to hear from you and yes Im as good as i can be, breathing wise, trying to do what i can but its so hard, its an invisable disease isnt it, people see you as not having anything wrong, then if you walk and talk you cant!!! then they see you as ??? incapacitated. Im doing another clinical trial its a tablet, i think ive got the real deal as i have only had three chest infections this year, had the flu and covid jabs a couple of weeks ago with no side effects!!!!

Yes four cats and counting, the mainecoon kittens keep me fit chasing them around trying to find them at night ( not literally) but i like them to come in when it gets dark otherwise i get anxious.

Legal problems? Bloody hell, thats sounds hard, i hope you get them sorted, life is hard enough without legal issues.

Take Care Dave, lovely to hear from you

ps we have sunshine in surrey!

Hope yih have a good?day and hopefully speak soon x

Wow, wow and wow. Sending you a big hug. I f you weren't stressed by what you have been through, then you would be abnormal! I too have found breathing with intent very helpful.

Keep slogging -it will get better.

So sorry to hear you have had a really bad time. Just recently. And with your move as well. You have had a lot going on and top it all someone has hacked into your account. Hope they get the scumbags. And deal with them and hope your health problems settle down soon as well. Hope today goes well. Brian

Thanks bri . Police quickly found the hackets but took no action if you can believe it! A warning was all that was given which hasn't worked still getting unsavoury emails from sites I've not visited or signed up to .

Yes it's ridiculous these days. No deterrent at all. Probably done it to a few people before getting caught as well. Your just left with all the hassle. Hope you get it all sorted out soon. Take care. Brian

Bleeding hell that's the last time I ever feel sorry for myself. You've come through it all that's the main thing, and as for counselling, good on you. That's enough to put anyone on the edge. I hope life gets better for you soon chook. Keep posting as to me that's another form of counselling 😉

Gosh you have been through it haven't you. Sorry that you've had so much to contend with. Those hackers are the scum of the earth. Good job you managed to get some counselling and that it's helped you. And it's good that you've been able to come on here and tell us all about it, I find getting things off your chest helps a lot. Sending you a gentle hug, take care. x

I was diagnosed in 2014 copd. I used to become winded walking or lifting. I used 1500mg turmeric and 1000mg cbd oil. I've improved dramatically. My oxygen was about 92% and now it is about 96%. It worked for me. Ask your doctor and he will tell you it's good but they never volunteer the information. Also I take flaxseed and vitamin A.
