Slowly getting back into running after a few challenging years of a niggling old back injury, new 3 disc neck injury and a nice dose of covid. Week 4 I did twice as I felt I wasn’t progressing enough. Now have just completed W6 R1 the other day and R2 later today. Have used this app before with mixed success- now combined with keto diet and intermittent fasting this time and seems to def help with weight loss.
