Hi everyone, currently on hormonal management for Endo after my Lap 2 years ago. Pain subsided for about 6 months but then came back not as bad bit still enough to impact my life for several days of the month. I have the mirena coil and i also depo provera. It seems to have had an impact on pain which is massively positive so much so i felt well enough to address my weight gain but im really struggling to lose weight. I eat on a calorie deficit high in protein as advised by a dietician and excersise regularly (4x 30 HIIT sessions per week and 5-6 k walks daily- i have 2 spaniels). I have been following this religiously for 8 weeks now with no shift on thr scales at all? Any advice?

No advice, just wanted to say your situation sounds very similar to mine. The weight gain has really had a negative impact on me. I’ve tried so hard to shift it, but nothing seems to work. I’d never had this problem before I developed endo. I think it’s hormone driven, I just wish I could work out the key to getting everything balanced again.
