Has any hypothyroidism or Hashimotos patient tried apillean weight loss supplement?
It can cost £50 to £100 per small tub in some places but it's selling but you can make this yourself at home. Alternatively according to this female doctor I spoke to at pub She said"You can use coffee instead of guarana, you can use nori seaweed if tolerated or kelp or tiny amount of wakame or if

Use it or lose it - workout questions.
This spring and summer I've slid way back, lots of muscular atrophy and
weight
loss
. I'm getting ahead of the pain, at least for now. I'd like to try and get as mobile as possible, and try to recover some form of muscular work, minimally for some endurance.

Possible IBD?
I have no family history of Crohn’s, no noticeable blood, and no
weight
loss
or fatigue. I know that people here are not doctors but I’d love to hear your thoughts. Apologies for such a long post.

Fibre in the diet
The secondary problem is that I am trying to lose
weight
, I will go on to
weight
loss
plans and immediately they say you can't eat white bread, up your brown bread, porridge, yogurt, fruit, veg etc. This will all set me off.

WEIGHT LOSS SUPPLEMENTS, I.E. "GOLO" (w/Release)
If anybody has been given permission by their transplant hospital or nephrologist to take any sort of insulin-resistant medication for
weight
loss
or belly fat loss, please let me know. After my transplant, I lost a little weight (171 to 157) b/c of not having much of an appetite.

Losing weight boosts chances of ablation success
I would suggest that this should be a criteria for an ablation, insufficient
weight
loss
then no ablation.

Ketogenic Diet
It’s working for
weight
loss
but I had a one minute instance of AF two days ago and my resting heart rate is up by about 8bpm. Does anyone know if keto is okay for AF sufferers?

Semaglutide et al
There has been a certain amount of hype over Semaglutide & other diabetic drugs that are being prescribed off-label for
weight
loss
. One doesn't have to be a Hollywood actor to be interested in
weight
loss
. The actor is merely interested in his livelihood.

My docetaxel experience so far
Consequently, my upper body muscle mass has definitely reduced which probably explains some of the
weight
loss
. Due to the severe fatigue, my 3rd infusion was delayed by a week and the dose reduced to 85%.

ovarian cancer symptom?
In February this year I became unwell with raised GGT,
weight
loss
, fever terrible headaches, malaise and random abdominal pain. To rule out ovarian or liver cancer (!?) Dr arranged gastroscopy which found nothing. Four months on omeprazole and watch and wait until end of June.

What do you guys do to stay away from external influences that bring you down in your

journey like this? It’s really not as simple as “unfollow” them.
