I'm here to find weight loss buddies so we can help be accountable and get to our goals. I have 50 lbs to lose to get to a healthy BMI, I'm currently in the obese category at 186 lbs. I'm struggling to find a healthy balance between food, fitness and life.

😁

welcome aboard Giggles40

If you do as BridgeGirl suggests I am sure you will be able to work your way back to a healthy weight. I am for sure. It is taking time but then it took time for the weight to go on!

Looking forward to seeing you on here.

I am just going over to Daily Diary now so maybe see you there 😃

Hiya. In the middle of March, I had 36lbs to lose to get to a healthy BMI. I have 14 left to go. It's taking lots of effort and I have sometimes had the odd day or 4, where I have slipped back into old bad habits. But for the first time ever, I have managed to get myself back on track. I haven't allowed the weight gained during these slip ups to derail my thinking 😁 I don't do fitness. I care for my mum 24/7 and don't get to leave the house, but even without regular exercise, I'm still losing weight. I look forward to hearing about your journey. Lynne

Hello Giggles and welcome! I am new as well and really can relate to your post. I have been losing since last year and lost focus due to life getting in the way. I started at 192, lost 20 and then gained 7 back. I am back on track and had to get a dog to force the fitness. Funny how a cute face and realization that he will be overly rambuctious later is so motivating to get moving. I am currently at 173 and my goal is to be between 130- 140, but mainly to be a healthy weight. Food is tricky too as I tend to eat when emotional or overly tired. I am currently overdosing on water, fruits and veggies which helps keeps my munchies as bay and calories low.
