hello, I just searched for a group to find dons support for an undiagnosed stomach/abdominal issues. This was the only group that showed in the search

My other half who is 50, suddenly started to feel some discomfort in his stomach and upper abdominal radiating or starting from the sternum area. He was taken to a&e to have potential heart attack checks which came through ok
Since then he still can feel this discomfort, he’s nauseous, lost some weight, feels unwell in general, he’s feeling full though he’s not eaten much, his belly is gurgling a lot, he’s passing a lot of gas and burping, he’s breath isn’t great. He had those symptoms for a few years really but the ache and severity of the other symptoms is new . He is extremely worried especially that he’s lost weight unintentionally though we’ve had a lot of stress recently. He loves food but I think he’s been eating less so hopefully the weight loss is that rather than something serious however he is extremely worried this could be stomach cancer. I am as well reading the symptoms for other conditions and only stomach cancer has the dull ache in upper abdomen and sternum.
he’s got gp ap in a few days but the wait is agonising. And even then he won’t get any answers really until some tests are done. He was seen by an out of hours gp last evening who did some general checks and pressed here and there on his abdomen and couldn’t feel anything enlarged but that doesn’t mean this isn’t cancer. Please help if you have any idea what this could be
He just did home test for H.pylori and that’s negative though I wish this was the explanation.
