Hypothyroid symptoms but normal test results

Thank you in advance for any insight. These are my test results, sourced from a private company - Randox. I would be hugely grateful for any help in interpreting these or my symptoms. I have experienced severe weight gain - which NOTHING will shift including weight loss drugs.

I have had a hormonal test which indicates normal estrogen and progesterone levels though androgen is raised (I am mid-40s so thought I would be in deep perimenopause and needed HRT. Apparently not. I did not go through the NHS so there was no fob off element). Cold hands and feet. Heart palpitations - particularly post Covid. Numb base of tongue - particularly post Covid. I have had it once and only had a bad stomach bug symptom with it. Brain fog has been lingering for years. I felt pregnant since having my last child a decade ago! Blocked ears for many many years (ETD diagnosed but nothing apart from nasal spray to clear it and that has not worked). Extreme fatigue.

I have had my ferritin, B12 and D levels checked and only the last was low (48 - should be 50 and above).

Test results for thyroid:

TSH: 1.5

T4: 15.4

T3: 4.43

Anti-TPO: 13.7

Anti-TG: 60.7

All of the above seem to be within the healthy range - albeit slightly on the 35/40% of the 'green' scale provided by Randox.

What could be going on? I have had many of these symptoms for years but really feel fed up and want some energy back in my life. I am not depressed.

I am now taking b12 and magnesium and NAC and palmetto for adrenal glands and cortisol symptoms. Is anything wrong with my thyroid or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Can you please add ranges (in brackets after results) as these can vary between laboratories

Sorry here are the ranges:

TSH: 1.5; Range: 0.35-5.5 is optimal

T4: 15.4; range: 11.9-21.6

T3: 4.43; range: 3.1- 6.8

Anti-TPO: 13.7; range: none given, just 'less than 34 is optimal'

Anti-TG: 60.7; no range given, just 'less than 115 is optimal'

Thank you!

Bloods taken at 10am. Not fasting sadly as they insisted it was not necessary. I may ask for a re-take at their expense if anyone can show be official guidance that they have missed!

Free T4 (fT4) 15.4 pmol/L (11.9 - 21.6) 36.1%

Free T3 (fT3) 4.43 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 35.9%

So both Ft3 and Ft4 are on low side

no folate result?

vitamin D

Low vitamin D

GP should prescribe 1600iu everyday for 6 months

NHS Guidelines on dose vitamin D required

ouh.nhs.uk/osteoporosis/use...

GP will often only prescribe to bring vitamin D levels to 50nmol.

Some areas will prescribe to bring levels to 75nmol or even 80nmol

leedsformulary.nhs.uk/docs/...

GP should advise on self supplementing if over 50nmol, but under 75nmol (but they rarely do)

mm.wirral.nhs.uk/document_u...

But improving to around 80nmol or 100nmol by self supplementing may be better

pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/218...

vitamindsociety.org/pdf/Vit...

Once you Improve level, very likely you will need on going maintenance dose to keep it there.

Test twice yearly when supplementing

Can test via NHS private testing service
