Newcomers looking at Graduates.
Now I cross-train with Running Race walking Gym Hiking
Swimming
I have a healthy BMI ( that took a couple of years to get too) I run twice a week and I love Half Marathons. My favourite is the Hackney Half in May. I start training for that in November so I have a good lead up to it.

Breathlessness
I am doing well, brisk walk of a few kms daily,
swimming
weekly (20 lengths), Pilates, Qui-Gong, BUT I am constantly breathless, climbing stairs and hills is hard and sometimes I am breathless sitting down! There seems no answer: any suggestions?

Has anyone been given advice about whether to carry on with exercise/swimming during tww and beyond?
I am currently in my tww and am kicking myself for not asking when I saw her - does anyone know what the advice is about
swimming
and exercise during the tww when experiencing recurrent miscarriage?

Still not running 😞
Looks like I'm going to have to get the pushbike out of the back of the shed (although I hate cycling), and hunt out my
swimming
costume (I love
swimming
but can't stand a busy pool). For those of you that have been on the IC for a while, what were your coping strategies?? Thanks! LR x

Does lymphedema always progress?
They said the best thing to do is to exercise so I am
swimming
twice a week and doing Pilates (
swimming
seems to help quite a lot). They said that I can wear a support stocking but only if I want and when I can (!)

Swimming app
Ok I know this has nothing to do with running but this pool swim app I got from garmin express for the forerunner watch isn’t doing what I thought. I opened it , pressed start and off I went. It buzzed at the end of each length which I assumed was it recording 25 meters as that’s what it’s set for. At

Fatigue
I’m struggling with everyday tasks and the thought of going out, getting ready for work, cooking etc... is just so overwhelming at the moment Iv tried light exercises ie
swimming
, yoga etc... and it just kicks my bleeding off or makes me pain increase. Feeling really low at the moment.

A mean Dr, some upset and...
There's cycling and
swimming
? Neither are as high impact as running is. Don't get me wrong, it's great that your staying fit, but with your 'problems' you've had, running might not be the activity for you."

W6R3 - Saturday's sunny run between rains
My dog love
swimming
and apparently 22 minutes didn't tire her totally. I was walking along the canal while she was
swimming
. To be honest, I envy her the cool water, while I was still in sun. But at least with nice cool breeze.

How long does it take for a fibroscan score to improve?
Mine seems to have improved over 3 months just through
swimming
three times per week rather than once per week and without dieting just by exercise. Am being re scanned in 6 months in case it was a false score.

Feeling rubbish after exercising
I usually do about 30 mins a day, a bit of
swimming
, some light weights and my favourite Aqua Gym class. I’ve been doing this few years on and off and although it has been hard at times I’ve always felt better for it.

Adios week 7!
So after being up in the middle of the night again and doing
swimming
lessons this morning, I started today’s run tired. So tired I forgot to eat my usual banana before I set out and remembered 5 minutes in! It was tough and I was running on empty.

Knee pain/discomfort at w4r1 (1st time runner)
Hated running since cross country/athletics in school and stuck to
swimming
for years, but absolutely love this brilliant C25K programme. Amazed at what I have accomplished so far, and cant believe how impatient I get waiting for the next running day and don't want to ruin things now!
