Running in Costa Rica

...sure raises a sweat! It's been too hot and humid so far to attempt running, also we've been busy seeing lots of wonderful wildlife, however heavy rain yesterday and this morning has left it cooler. I went for a short run around the resort and the bay, which was great but eventually the heat and humidity got to me and I retired red-faced after 3k for a well deserved shower. Back to swimming this afternoon I think! 😊

Sounds fabulous 😃👍 My mate went there and they went on a boat trip up a river in the jungle He saw the back end of a Jaguar slinking Back into the trees Made his holiday.

Haven't seen a jaguar (yet) but we've seen monkeys, lots of birds Including toucans and parrots, turtles, dolphins - just wonderful! Haven't been too worried about not running 😄
