Zofigo RA223 Seems To Be Working - PSA Still 9
I have some fatigue but try to ignore it and press on with exercise,
swimming
, walking, lifting weights and playing golf. I think the Lupron and the 6 months of Chemo did more to the stamina than the RA 223.

Questions about switching from hydroxyurea to interferon
I am normally extremely active,
swimming
in the ocean or hiking daily. Lately I’ve had to really limit the amount of exercise I get and some days and so so so very exhausted.

PTSD? Maybe not.
I don’t twitch but I do go back to the article concerning my
swimming
CA. I’ve been dry tonight & yesterday. I own several No Fear T-shirts & I’m not afraid of dying anymore. Part of me would welcome the release.

I used to regard
swimming
as something restful to do on non-running days. Recently, I’ve been monitoring heart rate and calories burnt on the Cardio program on my Garmin 45. It turns out that my 1000m swims use as many calories and keep an average heart rate above those of a Parkrun.

Any Parky dancers out there?A bit of fun playfulness and music as medicine?
I live in the middle of rural Ireland so no chance to take any classes, nor go
swimming
, and i cannot cycle so im left with dancing(on my own)and walking to keep my mobility and body alive. And so i do...stomp and swirl and shake and sweat to music as much as i can.

DA TRUFFE ABOUT RUNNING..........NATURE'S BALM
When, in May 2022, I had to hang up my running shoes, because the cancer had made my spine too fragile to risk the impact, I still kept walking, cycling and
swimming
, immersing myself in the natural world as much as I could.

coaching ticked off! Bike sprints all in order! Brick runs and the pain 🤣 practiced... Then life kicks in.... My younger brother collapsed at work with a bleed on the brain. The air ambulance resuscitated him twice on the flight into Coventry hospital. The next three weeks are a blur.

The " It's alright, it's okay..." run
I ran down , easy paced, not allowing myself to speed up at all, over the railway crossing and along the Esplanade; deserted for now, except for the first early arrivals for the Sunday
swimming
group.

Looking for ADHD support, diagnosis, counseling etc in Philly area.
I feel like I am
swimming
just to keep my head above water and it is unfair for my family and myself. I am trying to get support. I live in the Philadelphia area and have been reaching out to the UPenn ADHD program but they have no openings.

59 and finally diagnosed
I have been a vegetarian since 18, I have done yoga/
swimming
/cycling/gym for 30 years and have tried every diet and psyllium husks, triaphala and whole foods for years. But have felt so much pain and depression. Gave up dating after my last relationship 6 years ago as so miserable and in pain.

The base of the spine is not great but he felt if I could build up my strength again ie
swimming
and sitting Pilates or yoga I could assist this part. The nerves though impinged again in lower back are not at a level he would do anything about either.

Greek 4k back on the horse (or should that be donkey?!) run!
I’m currently enjoying a mega runner’s high watching some little birds drink from the
swimming
pool while I fill up on espresso and feta pastries for breakfast. It wasn’t a big distance or particularly fast but this really felt like a great run. It’s going to be a good day today!

Hypoxia, transplant dry runs and raising awareness of IPF
Unlike the previous incident in a lake in Austria where I'd also been
swimming
, my breathing wasn't affected at all. However, I was so weak and kept getting dizzy when trying to stand up to get back up the hill to the car and go home.

My Cryo PVI Ablation experience
I was on the table for about an hour and three quarters, only time will tell if it’s worked completely but the Consultant told me he was very pleased with how it went… Steady recovery now bit of walking, then
swimming
in a couple of weeks …see how that goes then hopefully try a few gentle bike rides

It has to be said, we were pretty disheveled and sweaty at the end of that, but we walked 20 minutes through the lovely grounds to Hampton
