I went to the nephrologist last week. He said I'm stable so I can return in two months. No dialysis yet. I'm thankful. I also go to the transplant center at the end of the month for my last few tests. An abdomen x-ray and a stress test. A little nervous about the stress test. I don't want to fall out or anything. I'm not a tiny girl and exercise has long disappear from my daily list or weekly ok period. Since the transplant center I was wanting to go to is under UNOS review I am also going to try another center not too far from my town, but of course everyone has had this same idea so I can't be seen until August. I'll do what is in my control to do. Other than that I'm enjoying every little joy that life brings whether its my favorite homemade pizza to an unexpected flower that crosses my path and I hope no matter what life brings I can find the joy in the little things. I'm wanting to do some exercise again. Hopefully swimming . I know I might not be able to do it long but while I can. Why not. Splish Splash says the Queen!

Good news that you are stable. I have managed to be pretty stable for over four years now. so maybe dialysis is a way off for you too. I love swimming. I go to the town recreation center twice a week for water aerobics class. I love it. Exercise also helped improve my numbers.
Best to you, Queenie
Best wishes and glad you're stable. I love the joy you find in little things. For me it's the blue skies and the sun.
You have a lovely view on life. Yes, celebrate your stable numbers and enjoy the pool. And keep on, keeping on!
Hope you remain stable for a long time. Enjoy life to the fullest
Great attitude you have there Starting exercise will benefit you a lot in the long run if you needed a transplant.
To be eligible for transplant you have to be fit enough to go through the surgery and recovery. There will be certain BMI that you require to meet to be eligible on the transplant list.
Swimming is a good idea or you could start from walking around the block and increase in one block each week
