Walking through mud
I left my high-
stress
job 6 weeks ago because of what I thought was professional burnout. Turns out the burnout is mostly related to me, my boundaries, my trauma, my mental health problems, now complicated by physical illness. The burnout ran much deeper than I was hoping.

He was told he has AF - blood tests show it’s not his thyroid and it’s unlikely it’s anxiety/
stress
related. The A&E doctor said it could be hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and has booked him an appt in 2 weeks time to have a 72 hour ECG fitted and in 4 weeks for a heart echo.

I should be happy right now but I'm not
So I've struggled with major depressive disorder since 17 now I'm 28 yrs old. I've finally achieved getting my first apartment on my own. But in reality I'm a mess between my depression and my PTSD over flashbacks. I was previously married for 8 years to my ex husband. I cant stop going back to when

Much needed advice/help
It came on around the time my mother died, so for quite a long time I put it down to
stress
, Finally I went to my GP after many, many appointments was finally given a scan which showed up gallstones. I explained it was persistent and food didn't trigger attacks.

Stress MRI Normal!
After a mildly abnormal
stress
echo in December, today I got the results for my
stress
MRI, and all function is normal and I'm clear. EP had said he thought the
stress
echo was a false result, appears he was right. I am elated! Sotalol still working great as well.

Fatigue has reached a whole other level, after 10.5 years. Scared it’s narcolepsy….
For various reasons I have been under
stress
in the last few months and have needed to have more energy / be awake in the mornings. So I’ve stopped taking my 30mg of Ametriptyline at night. I think this has helped me wake up earlier.

Nothing Changes
Im 64 and all the
stress
has made me physical and emotionally ill. I wish I could say something positive. I know I sound like broken record. This illness is horrible. I wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy. I know we have to help ourselves. Im just too sick and messed up to do it right.

"Underlying conditions" with AF, but I don't have one...
The same book insists that a major overhaul of diet/exercise//sleep/
stress
habits can put AF into long-term remission (not quite a cure, but I'd take it!).

Why am i mentally, physically and infectious ill while everyone is burnt out and mad at me? I can't handle what they can't handle
Mom got my infection but she's sure it's because of
stress
. I depend on her fully as i can't walk and she's saying her life sucks and it keeps getting worse and worse. I feel like it's manifesting. Others be like "hi, how are you- fine, thanks" and we're just miserable .

Adrenal insufficiency
I seem to be finding that
stress
(in this case Christmas) is the trigger, last time it was a trip to Ireland. I have a cruise booked for the end of March and feel that I need to find a way to of coping with these episodes before then.😵💫🤔

Ribs aching
I had a heart
stress
test 6 weeks ago. The consultant hasn’t contacted me but he wrote to my surgery asking them to adjust my Isosorbide level. Using the FOI act I obtained a copy of the letter. It says that there is a ‘subtle inducable ischemia in the base and walls of the left ventricle’.
