Bradycardia from stress/depression

Recently I have been having extreme tiredness and nausea with facial pallor. The lethargy is so bad that I have had to lie on my bed. Unfortunately, I get no restorative sleep. I was taken to the hospital, and chronic stress, anxiety and depression caused by home circumstances were deemed the cause. Social work claims that my elderly father (in his mid-90s with multiple health issues and episodic psychosis) does not merit assessment for a care home. The GP says my father is the family's responsibility- i.e., mine. Though my pulse is regular, it is slow, i.e. under 60 BPM. Has anyone experienced this, and how have they managed to cope with or avoid it? Changing my environment would be ideal, but that currently is not feasible.-moreover, when I tried to live elsewhere, various medical professionals contacted me, and I had to come home. It is also difficult to escape by engaging in distracting activities. Thanks for any suggestions.
