Dave Myers ..... thank you.
I got so worn out by running around after other peoples needs, that today has been an enforced day off sick under the banner of
stress
, or more truthfully, outright exhaustion. Which is true. And then came the news I guessed may happen, just didn't expect it today.

Pacemaker confused
Also if the right hand side is paced at 70bpm and doesn't go higher (as it's been proven today) would the left hand side be put under extra
stress
to get the blood out? Appreciate some advice please

Advice on egg freezing and hysterectomy for severely heavy bleeding
I've previously tried 41 different types of pill/coil/patch and nothing has helped, alongside things like Tranexamic Acid, which have had no effect; I seem to be running out of things to try, and I'm really conscious of the

Deep breathing
Engaging in deep breathing can quiet your thoughts, decelerate your heartbeat, and alleviate
stress
. It enhances your ability to concentrate. With each inhalation, envision positive energy entering your body.

TSH over 4.5 for 10 years, nothing else but symptoms got worse
I fainted again under
stress
. This is when I finally went to an endocrinologist because I was having most symptoms, but they dismissed me because I was skinny. Despite always having had a chubby/puffy face even underweight and constipation since i was a baby. Always tired.

stress echo
Well that wasn’t what I expected, I had a
stress
echo yesterday and I thought it would be on a bike or a treadmill. No and I’m sure many have had one here but I had to lye on my left side then they speed your heart up with drugs, upping the dose each time so up goes your heart rate.

I’m back
It’s hard to explain but dayshift is an impossible task where most quit due to
stress
. I’m so stressed because I feel like there’s no good option.

Enough Pred for the life you lead
We’re all different and I’d guess it depends somewhat on how you feel about the
stress
and the cause of the
stress
, whether you feel overwhelmed, whether it’s someone you love, and I’d guess also it doesn’t matter at higher doses.

Aortic Valve Replacement Monitoring
I opted for private surgery because long waits and lack of communication from the NHS was causing me such
stress
and anxiety and recently retired I had savings I could use. I saw a cardiologist and was referred to a surgeon and had OHS.

Is it possible to relapse after 9 months of being well from PMR
have started to have the symptoms of PMR again, stiffness in the morning (to say the least) aching neck, sleeping for 2 hours every afternoon, I am due to go to the hospital again Wednesday, is this normal for it to come back, I have recently ended an extremely stressful job after 4 months of high

Advise for next appointment please. New to Forum, Really Struggling with GP.
Initially (over the phone) they said probably menopause or
stress
from Covid, but they eventually did bloods:
May 2021 [TSH 2.65 and FT4 9.1] so all normal.

Hypothyroid and repolarization complications
The cardiologist explained it as a re-polarization issue, put me on blood thinners for a little while and told me to get a
stress
test. Since then I have been changing my dose of T3 to respond to palpitations and a tightening of the chest.

Age of onset of using up B12
ME Looking back it was after times of
stress
that I experienced using up my B12. Seems during the
stress
my body produced adrenaline until it could not any more. What says you?

None of my family message me.
It is still the 3rd leading cause of death in the US, plus they are having trouble treating people with Long COVID (they are getting Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Post Traumatic
Stress
Disorder, probably from inflammation in the brain caused by the immune system response to the virus).

The 40 Hz flickering light restores synaptic plasticity and mitochondrial phenotype in experimental model of Alzheimer's disease May 2024
Pathogenetic factors including mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative
stress
, reduced energy status, and compromised ion channels contribute to the onset and progression of the disease. Flickering light therapy in experimental and clinical AD has shown promising outcomes.
