Detectable wtf
Hi, I need some advice. I have recently become detectable after 3 years of undetectable, nothing much has changed in my routine, I don't drink or smoke, eat healthily. However, I have had eye surgery, antibiotics and 3 steroid injections in my eye. Could this be the reason I have become detectable? I

Advice about steroid injections
I am on the biologic Cimzia since September 2018 for RA. The drug doesn't seem to be working very well. I had a steroid injection 3 months ago which has now worn off and I am flaring again badly. My Rheumy nurse says I can have another steroid injection. I will see the consultant at the end of July unless

I was interested in Idasmums post about how CBD oil had helped her. In addition to PMR (in 6th year) I have Spinal Stenosis and Osteo Arthritis and am constantly in pain. I am unable to have the surgery required due to a recent bone scan showing Osteopaenia. Paracetamol, Codeine Phosphate, Naproxen and

Steroid injection
I have had steroid injections now in my lumber facet joints. It was a very painful procedure for me, they advised I had a curved spine and parts of my spine are fused to my pelvis, fully on the left and partially on the right. Which is why it was so painful. I had not known about this before I had this

All Time Low
So 5 weeks into the programme I took a week off as I went on holiday to Lanzarote. I fully intended to run on holiday but a few days in I was in agony and could not put any pressure on my heel without being in severe pain. After a couple of days of thinking maybe I had been stung by something or had

Pain relief just not working.
Hi, I don't often write on here but wonder if anyone can help me over this question. My pain levels are very bad and have got much worse over the last year to the extent that I can't walk more than about 50 yards outside and struggle to get about the house. My pain is in every joint and I am concerned
