I have tried to post 4 times but I'm having a problem with my new lap top so I apologize for this post . I might have to post a few times to get your feed back. A urogynecologist performed 2 pudendal nerve blocks which didn't help one bit. The injections were done in his office WITHOUT the use of a fluoroscope. Another urogynecologist suggested biofeedback and a neurologist. I've had a ganglion Impar block, a caudal epideural steroid injection with x-ray and a flourosopic pudendal nerve block. I had to cancel a bi-lateral pulse radiofrequency pudendal block which was scheduled. My problem is because I switched insurance to a PPO the doctor is out of network for me now. If I want this last injection, it will cost me about $2,600.00. Is anyone familiar with this type of injection??

Hi ,I had a Ganglion impar block, did nothing for me. I was due another one next Wednesday but I've cancelled, and made an appointment for a consultation with the pain specialist. That's about all I can say. Apart from I can empathise with you. Nothing seems to go according to plan or expectations.
