Feeling worn and tired all the time

Hi everyone. Been awhile since I've been on. Even Lough I'm taking methotrexate gabapentian paracetamol ibuprofen and continue with steroid injection every six months im still having pain and lack of sleep. And to add to it all im sick of having to attend assessment for Esa. Just had one 2 weeks ago and im waiting on outcome which i know will be unsuccessful as usua

Hi Drifty,

I’m sorry you are still in pain despite all the meds. Sleep can be disturbed by the pain and pain can result from fatigue so it’s a vicious cycle. I’ve read you have Fibromyalgia and Anxiety. Have you been officially diagnosed? I haven’t but I know I’m a good candidate for both. How are you coping with Psoriasis? I would like to hear from you as we seem to have at least 3 conditions in common.
