Ultrasound
Good day 🙏 I had an ultrasound sound guided steroid injection appoint. for a lump on the side of my wrist yesterday. The technician didn’t go ahead with the injection. He said that it was a “solid lump”. I’m really worried as to why he chose not too. He wasn’t very helpful when I asked. I’ve seen so

Neck and shoulder pain
I’ve had neck and shoulder pain that’s been getting worse over the past two years. Two years ago in July I had to do CPR on somebody on the ground and as a result I suffered two trapped nerves in the top of my spine ( lower neck) and a tear in my shoulder. I’ve had a nerve root block in my neck with

Eye injection - Uveitis
Good morning, I don’t usually ask questions, but here goes. Last week I got an emergency appointment at the opticians as the sight in my eye was all weird. Couldn’t read anything as the words all look smudged. It appears I have a Macular Edema. I now have an appointment at Moorfields on Wednesday for

ANA Positive 1:80 Nucleolar pattern 2013 and ongoing pain. The last 5 weeks I can barely walk.
I paid privately for another ANA test and awaiting the results which should be with me today. I have Hashimotos, B12 Deficiency with positive Gastric Parietal Cell Abs but no diagnosis of Pernicious Aneamia. For the past 8 years I’ve been back and forth to my GP with mainly pain in my lower joints,

Deterioration during lockdown
Just a moan really. Took my lovely dog to the vet this morning which she really enjoyed. Surgery is so small that you cannot go in and have to wait outside. Walk from car very short but after standing outside for a few minutes talking to the vet, found myself rooted to the spot with stiff knees and hips
