Left and right sides
My husband and I were talking the steroid injections that I have had done . The first treatment was on November 9th on both sides. Second time was on January 18th it was not done on my left side because I did not have any pain there . Did not help the right side at all but I had relief on the left

Help
I have been taking 100 Levo for about 2 years. Very rarely do I feel well. I think I noticed a marked improvement for a couple of months last summer after having 2 steroid injections for a frozen shoulder. After reading lots of posts on here and some of Isabella wentz' book I started taking supplements

Can't shift sore throat/swollen glands/chesty cough
I've had a sore throat, swollen glands, chesty cough, earache and headaches for a week now and my symptoms aren't really improving. I've tried resting, the usual paracetamol and ibruprofen but no luck in shifting it yet. I am quite new to lupus and wondering is this something that will take me longer

Lupus flair
It's now 5 weeks since I broke my wrist, but had I known then that breaking a bone triggers a flair up, then I would have been prepared, but instead it was very unexpected & especially when I started losing a lot of my long hair it felt like the end of the world to me. Today I went to see my Rhumatologist
