I completed the 9-week program about 2 months back but couldn't continue largely because of a busy schedule. I have been running on and off and managed to 22 minutes last week but haven't managed beyond that.
Given this is it okay to start from Week 5? Or what would be the ideal week to start my journey again? I am obviously not excited about starting from Week 1
Thank you,
Sumit

No you don't have to start again at week 1, perhaps the shorter run of week 4, see how those runs and walks go then onto week 5, have a very happy Christmas 🤶
Hi SumitI'm in the same position as you. I was ill for two weeks and now we've been travelling for Christmas to see family and have been overeating and drinking!! Before that I'd completed Couch25k and was contemplating entering my first park run. Now I feel as fit as a flea!!! The last time this happened I started right back at week1 run 1 as I was advised to build up slowly again to avoid injury and regain my stamina. However if you can already manage 22 minutes I'd say its fine to restart at week 5 and rebuild from there. I'm hoping to be able to do the same when we get home. Fingers crossed! Merry Christmas and good luck!
