I've booked 4 days off from work and I thought I'd get plenty of running in nope the wife has organised me to decorate lovely but going to see if I can get up early and get some hill work done before 6 a side tomorrow night

Decorating could count as strength work? 🤣

If I’m pushed for time, I can usually squeeze in 15/20 minutes somewhere. It’s amazing how a short run like that still helps you feel on track. Four days break won’t affect your fitness but if you’re itching to run, short and sweet often does the job! Nine run club had a real nice speed run called “no time, go time” which I often wheel out on busy days.
