Spots and smoking

I quit smoking two and a half months ago.

Since then I have started to get more and more spots, does anyone know if this is normal. I’ve attached the picture of my back. It only seems to be my back that has, everywhere else has improved.

Hrd to see when you cant zoom in . Could be simple folliculitis , do you shave or wax the area.

If the spots are increasing or have pus at their centres , or itchy, it may be bacterial folliculitis , and if this widespread, may require oral antibiotics. There are a range of possibilities including drug reactions etc. If the problem is persisting contact your GP practice .

I'm about to stop smoking, did this clear up after a while?

It has xleared up nicely but it did take some cream
