I
quit
smoking
4 months ago .... great. I’ve gained 25 lbs.... awful☹️☹️☹️☹️. I’ve always been slim and reasonably attractive. Now I feel like a massive cow. And I keep eating. Going back to cigarettes is not an option. I hate Brussels sprouts spinoch hummus squash zucchini onions .

Feeling down...
OK so a while back I
quit
smoking
for nearly 6 months, it now appears I'm right baclk to my 20 a day habit and am really not finding the will power to quit again.

Anxiety/Panic/Hyphochondria Symptoms
It came down to me changing my lifestyle for the better(
quit
smoking
and drinking) and improving my diet and exercise slowly. I had to regain my confidence and accept that this anxiety, panic and health anxiety was a sign my brain is forcing changes.

Hey!
Although I don't eat near as much as I did when I first
quit
smoking
, I am finally seeing it first hand that when I get stressed, suddenly I am hungry. I am addicted to cinnamon gum too. Gotta have it after I eat and driving in the car.

Feeling so miserable!!😭😭
I just
quit
smoking
, coffee and my antidepressant Pristiq!!! Omg I don't know why I'm doing it at the same time but I desperately needed to stop smoking!!! As far as the antidepressant, I had to stop it to cause the sweating last all day and is beyond horrific!!!! I had no choice.

Can’t win
I
quit
smoking
over 4 months ago. I’ve gained 20 lbs, and feel and look like a whale. My husband thinks I should go back to smoking ( I have emphysema so uh not a good idea).

A very special celebration!
Today my baby turned 13 years old! He's my main reason for quitting. My son is handicapped and also can not speak. He needs me for everything. I use to look at smoking as a way to cope with the hard days and the stress of raising a child with disabilities. I have now seen the light. It's amazig the excuses

Cigarette
I currently
quit
smoking
. I used to smoke many years ago, mainly after a meal. A pack would last me 2 weeks or so. I picked up smoking a few months ago smoking a few a day.

3 years quit!
3 years ago I
quit
smoking
:) I never thought it was possible that I would actually
quit
. I still have dreams of me
smoking
though, not sure if they'll ever go away. But I've not had one single puff in 3 years. I smoked for 10 or 11 years before I quit. And I went cold turkey from the start.

Hello from Canada My question is: I have 26% lung capacity (I

smoking
for several months and I;m so depressed I find myself cheating here and there), I'm done with.

Is it likely i have COPD?
Quit
smoking
2 months ago approximately and I'm still on patches now. In that mind frame currently of why the hell did i smoke! Any way after quitting smoking the inability to breathe episodes seem to have settled down and i only get them occasionally.

My journey so far....hope that it helps others.....
So here I am on Friday....bored out my head.......so I am going to write about my experience in the hope that it may help even one person, I spent years tied to cigarettes. I desperately wanted to stop, but time went by, making me feel weak, powerless, and beaten down, and then anger set it....which

Run, Jiggle, Run Jiggle
With this I also decided to
quit
smoking
so tomorrow is D1 after going for a year previously I know I can do it. Any tips of either running or giving up smoking suggestions would be appreciated. Think it's time for a shower as I'm sweating like a pig in a sauna.
