OK so a while back I quit smoking for nearly 6 months, it now appears I'm right baclk to my 20 a day habit and am really not finding the will power to quit again.

Thorpey...It is not easy to stay quit once you stopped...Once a nicotine slave always a nicotine slave...it just take that one puff and you are gone....Back to the old ways and because you know the intensity you do not want to go through that hell again...

Try to stop as soon as possible again and remember the NOPE pledge...!

You can do it thorpey11. I’ve read on here posts by people that fell off the wagon, but got back on and managed to quit for good.

Hi thorpey11 Try your very best ! If not ask your doctor to prescribe Chantix .For me it was simply difficult to quit cold turkey So I used Chantix and it was much easier to succeed ..We are all different and we know what’s best ..best of luck ..you can do this ! 💪
