Ferritin/iron result - should I increase iron supplementation?
Hi everyone, I have just received the result from Medichecks re my iron deficiency check. When first diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2017, my ferritin was 33. For one month I supplemented with one ferrous fumarate 210 mg per day, then stopped for fear of overdosing. A couple of months after that I did

Odd cold sensation on face
Hi everyone, I'm diagnosed hashi's and on 75mcg of Levo. Taking b12, vit D3, magnesium, selenium, cod liver oil and turmeric, am gluten free. Generally feeling much better since taking the above steps advised by others here. My question is, does anyone else with hashi's get the occasional cold spot

First post , any similar experiences?
Hi everyone , this is my first post on here. For as long as I can remember I have always had very painful periods , I always thought that it was normal as my mum suffers terribly with Endo. I’ve always just put up with the pain but as the years went on the pain and my symptoms were getting worse,

TA Biopsy
Not a big deal. Actual operation start to finished 20 minutes I could see the clock this is exactly right. Comparing to going to the Dentist. TA takes a bit longer but less invasive, no pain at all. OK you have an injection but its not as invasive as a dental one. Took a lot longer to go through all
