Week 5 ✅.......and having to take less pain killers....Win/win🤩
Like so many who have shared their stories regarding their ‘journey’, I too was very sceptical about being able to run (ok....it was probably more of slow jog as recommended by you lovely people of course!) the full 20 minutes! However, with Jo’s encouragement and all the top tips I had read on this

Advice on healthcare at the moment
Hi guys. I’m just looking for some advice if anyone has any. I’ve been diagnosed with endo and had my excision surgery over a year ago now, but due to the COVID outbreak, have not been for my post-op consultation where I was supposed to have the Mirena Coil fitted under anaesthetic. Since, my GP is convinced

Happy with vaccine but need help with pain meds
Good morning all, I hope that you are all well today. I had my vaccine on Thursday, the Oxford one. I felt very nauseous until today and my arm is still very sore. Other than that I feel fine and happy to have had it tbh. Also can I ask what you guys find are the best painkillers as I find paracetamol

Pain relief
Hi I have come across a pain reliever that has helped a great deal with my RA. I thought it might help anyone going through a tough time. I used it prior to my knee replacement and it worked wonders for me. It is not in replace of your usual medication but may help anyone struggling. I have nothing to

Chest pain
For the last month I have had pain in my chest on and off. The first time I turned and felt a pull beneath my breast. It felt better after a few days of rest and painkillers but since then despite taking it easy I have pulled the same muscle 4 times in as many weeks. What could be causing this? My chest

Annual ranty post - I'm sorry in advance❤️
Welcome to my annual rant about this shitty condition. For the last 6-8 months, the pain I'd got so used to handling has skyrocketed tp the point that after a decade, I'm finally prescribed painkillers that aren't paracetamol or ibuprofen. Asked to be referred back to.my gynae at the beginning of November

I'm currently filling out lasting Power of Attorney forms for my mother, who suffers from Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP). Her disease is degenerative but she is mentally capable and aware of everything going on. She has strong opinions on her wishes in her last days - not to be kept alive if she
