Burning sensation in stomach approx 2 to 3 hours after taking Cymbalta

Hi I'm new to forum. I have been diagnosed with CFS for approx 8 years and also have Sjogrins and osteoarthritis. I am 57 and can no longer work due to fatigue and pain. I was prescribed duloxytine approx 3 years ago by CFS specialist. I am on highest dose of 120 mg a day. I had been fine on this until the pharmacy changed to different manufacturer last year. The first replacement I took for a number of months and developed gradual worsening side effects including palpatations, tremors and muscle spasms. I wrote to my GP to request previous supplier but the were unable to locate anything other than Cymbalta ( Eli Lilly). I agreed to try and am now on 4th month - I suffered severe headaches at first (& still do on occasion) but worse side effect is I've developed a burning sensation in my digestive system which occurs around 2 to 3 hours after consuming - I take lansopozol daily too - after a while I tried various alternative ways of taking these meds including after food, drinking plenty of water with them, eating food either side of meds etc. I have this week stopped my regular prescribed painkillers in case they were affecting my symptoms but it's still happening. Had anyone else had anything similar?
