Pain Killer

Now he is experiencing constant back and leg pain which relieves only after taking pain killer. So, can we take Enzalutamide for this period before chemotherapy , will it ease the pain and held up the progression ? Thanks all for your kind reply.

I have read prednisone does not treat certain pain issues ie “arthritis” yet I am also seeing many commemts about prednisone “masking” certain issues, seems like a contradiction, and resulting in a view that prednisone is a pain killer/anti iflammatory, for other conditions other than pmr, ?

At the time I didn’t really know why but now see it’s a pain killer. Looking into it there are warnings about stokes and heart attacks and recently the bad press has got worse.

my question is apart from paracetamol which pain killer can I use without risking exacerbating tinnitus? I have an old injury that flares up now and again. I used to control it with ibuprofen but I understand ibuprofen is an ototoxic drug and to be avoided for those with tinnitus.

Is it acceptable for me to request something else stronger so soon and does anyone have a stronger pain killer during period week? I was hoping I could speak to doctor and request a stronger one for when I need it.

I'm feeling a lot of discomfort and having to manage with pain killer. Is this normal? EpU didn't really explain if I fit the proper profile of someone going through this type of miscarriage. They just said if pain not manageable go to a and e. Can anyone share any experience. Much appreciated
