Back in the saddle (kind of!)
Well, after back spasms threatened to derail me following a 25 minute run on Friday (R3 W6), I reached out and you guys did not disappoint; tons of really useful advice on how to avoid/recover from injuries, as well as (very much needed!) words of encouragement and positivity. I’ve been resting, stretching

I just do not know
Just stumbled across this page and I am already crying from reading posts about the pain I feel every second of life. I am yet to be confirmed and I am on the waiting list for my operation. My doctor has pretty much confirmed it but ‘unofficially’ till they cut me open. I am on endless amount of painkillers

Has anyone visited Dr Rowlands or Dr Aust at Arrow park hospital?
I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2015 during emergency surgery for a ruptured ovarian cyst whilst living in Cyprus. I returned to the UK shortly after my surgery and had to start over with getting a diagnosis. I had a diagnostic laparoscopy in April 2019 with a gynaecologist at the Liverpool women

Going great guns and then....
I discovered C25K a couple of months ago after my sister suggested I give it a go to help with my anxiety and I can honestly say it’s changed my life. I went from a person who truly believed they couldn’t run to the end of the driveway to someone who actually gets excited at the prospect of each session

Hi , I was wondering if anyone could tell me the affect covid 19 and painkillers could have on a liver function test ? I had an elevated liver function test at the end of September and was advised not to drink alcohol . I didn’t drink anything for a month and during week 3 I had a positive covid test

I hate my GP - making me feel like a drug addict
Just came off the telephone with the third GP I have spoken to in the last few months. I asked her to prescribe me either Tramadol or Codeine as the only thing helping me at the minute is taking shop bought Co-codamol and Nurofen Plus. I have tried Pramipexole and also now on Gabapentin 900mg. She said

Dry wall autumn
I am still on painkillers, but feeling well enough to paint from time to time. I am not sure if this carries a message any further than that. I am disappointed that I didn't cross the tree trunks. Oh well, maybe next time.
