Pain relief

Hi

I have come across a pain reliever that has helped a great deal with my RA. I thought it might help anyone going through a tough time. I used it prior to my knee replacement and it worked wonders for me. It is not in replace of your usual medication but may help anyone struggling. I have nothing to do with the company. It is called Dynamint and I just came across it by chance. I am not easily convinced by anything that makes lots of claims but can say that this helped me a lot with pain relief. It may or may not work for you but might be worth giving it a try. I got it from Amazon. It is not a drug. It comes in cream, sprays s roll on( which I use). My mum who is 82 also uses it for her aches and pains. Hope this works for you.

Do you know what the ingredients are by any chance , ill look on amazon, is it a herbal type rub? I'm hope they dont interact with RA meds as sounds helpful

I am on methotrexate, abatacept, and prednisone. No problems. It is topical.

Yes just had a look on Amazon, not too expensive I thought. It seems to be a nice herbally peppermint rub , sounds lovely. Xx😀

It is. The smell doesn’t linger but it seems to work straight away.

Hi magliona. You're the second person this week who has mentioned this - can't remember who the first one was. Apparently it contains all natural ingredients and works really well so it's one to check out. Thanks for that. x

I think you might find it was me as I recommended it to someone this week.

Ah, mystery solved. I have been wracking my brains trying to think who it was. Thanks for that. x

Guaranteed allergic reaction for me that would be sadly. So glad it works for you though. It’s great to have things that help. 😊🍀

Hi Magliona yes I use this, I got mine in the Penny sale at H&B, it is therapeutic & gives a nice relaxing feeling, like a nice hug, more so when relaxing, every little bit of comfort we can find helps us all immensely, good to share, 👍 .

Just looked at this and it made me smile and remember my Grandfather. I grew up on a dairy farm with my grandparents living next door. My Grandfather used to wax lyrical about how good ‘udder mint’ (yes, a minty cream they used to rub on the cow’s udders) was for his knees. The bigger packs of Dynamint look exactly the same as the udder mint. I wonder if they’ve rebranded!?!?!

More than likely

I use Biofreeze which is a similar product, comes in spray, gel or roll on. It’s cold at first then heats up, has a mental type smell. Was recommended by a chiropractor I saw a few years back. I swear by it x

I’ve just ordered it on Amazon 🤞

Hi Magliona Can I put it on my painful shoulder and hands? I hope it would give me some relief as I have already tried many creams and ointment without any effect.

Yes. I put it on my mums shoulders and apply to my knuckles. Just be careful when dealing with food. It might give it a peppermint taste

Read instructions just in case. I haven’t had any problems and I’ve used it for about 2 years
