Coming home in January. I can't wait to see him. I got him a dog I know he'll love after our whippet died he swore he'd never want another dog. It's the XL bully that's making the news weekly, giving them a bad name because of a few gang members who used them to protect their stash. Life is good at the moment. I have my bad days but meditation 🧘♂️ helps. It's grounded me more and I can cope better.
I got a diagnosis of depression but I know by the symptoms before seeing the doctor I had PTSD after years of abuse. I'm dealing. The dog keeps me busy.

Been on Subutex for 13 years after heroin but they worked fir my hard to treat depression so their keeping me on it.
