Yoga and mindfulness teacher, Lucy Holland, will lead a breakout session on mindfulness at this year's annual conference!🧘🏼‍♀️

Ataxia UK is a charity close to Lucy's family's heart, and she hosts regular online mindfulness classes for the ataxia community and has organised several fundraising yoga events in aid of the charity.

Lucy's breakout session will combine breathing techniques with visualisation and meditation, (optional) simple and gentle stretch and release exercises, virtual body scan and positive affirmations. The aim is to provide a “toolkit” to help overcome challenging situations and frustrations that arise when living with a chronic illness by relaxing the body and central nervous system and calming the mind. Lucy is happy to answer any questions you have either by submitting them in advance or asking her directly after the session.

Lucy's website: yogabylucy.co.uk,and you can find her on Instagram and Facebook @yogabylucy.

Have you booked your tickets yet for this year's annual conference? If not, you can do so here: ataxia.org.uk/support-servi...
