Crippling fatigue - help!

Hello all,

Had endo for about 20 years (although it was missed for about 17 of those, typical) and about 10 months ago I had all that nasty endo tissue excised. Made a massive difference with the pain and nausea but I can't shake off the fatigue. I'm exhausted all the time. I've tried diet, supplements, exercise, meditation, anything I can think of. Just wondering if anyone knows of anything that helped them? I'm open to any suggestions.

Thanks x

Your GP may have already done blood tests, but if not I'd get them to check your iron, folate, vitamin B12, vitamin D and thyroid as if any of these are out of balance it can add to fatigue.

Hi charlatan, l like you was very tired for 6 weeks or so after my second surgery to complete hysterectomy.

I would suggest you see someone at the well woman clinic at you GP surgery, have always found these helpful, calm and most of all do not think it is in your mind. I hope you soon recover well.
