No one is ever alone is this world there is always someone to talk to.
Some things that have helped me in my darkness moments.
Talk, Be honest.
Exercise, if you can.
Meditation, breathing exercises.
Medication, in the right doses.
Your mind is the strongest and most complex part of your body, it’s ok if you don’t feel ok, it happens to more people than we realise and Even if they don’t admit it.
You will have good days , you will have bad days, you will feel like giving up, but you will survive , you are stronger than you think and not alone.
