New Brainwave Entrainment File: 250hz pulsed at 40hz Isochronic.mp3

I've posted a lot about Brainwave Entrainment and Binaural Beats and some on Isochronic Tones to treat neurological issues. Does it work? I don't know. I have read that listening to Gamma waves can get your brain to a meditative state, and that meditation may be good for for PD. Does it help? I don't know.

And I have a blog with a web page full of free Binaural Beats files I have made: rbd-pd-protocols.blogspot.c... Do they help? I don't know.

So... I have a new file for anybody interested. It is an Isochronic Tone: 250hz pulsed at 40hz Isochronic.mp3 drive.google.com/file/d/14X...

Winnie the Pooh told me that the Tass gloves are at a 250 HZ frequency, so I made this a 250 HZ tone pulsed at 40 HZ (Gamma). Isochronic tones are not stereo so you don't have to use headphones to listen to them. Also, this Isochronic tone does not have an audio book embedded into it like most of my files, so you could actually listen to this on a speaker or bone connection headphones and still listen to other things or watch TV at the same time.

Also, on the Zoom call today somebody asked what my favorite Binaural Beats files were. These are my two favorites. The frequencies just sound good to me:

1: Rosicrucian Mysteries which are 220 HZ and 260 HZ drive.google.com/drive/fold...

2: Fifty Spiritual Homilies 380 HZ and 420 HZ drive.google.com/drive/fold...

If you search HU posts for "Binaural" you will find most of my posts on this subject. Here are two particularly interesting posts:

Binaural Beats Vs Isochronic Tones Which Is Better For Brain Wave Entrainment healthunlocked.com/cure-par...

Evidence early, but emerging, that gamma rhythm stimulation can treat neurological disorders healthunlocked.com/cure-par...

Any questions, just let me know. I am happy to chat or maybe you want to join one of Marc's Zoom calls and we can discuss there.

I like to wear these bone conduction headphones House2 (I think) clued me on to: Panadia Bone Conduction Headphones, Open Ear Bluetooth Headphones with Built-in Mic, IPX7 Waterproof Wireless Sport Headset for Gym Running Workout amazon.com/gp/product/B0B15...

These don't cover your ears. The conduct through bone. So your ears are still open and you can listen to tones while walking around and still converse with people and listen to TV or radio.

I have no way of verifying this, but the uploader claims this is the sound used for the MIT studies: youtu.be/UVne_84qZkA

Yes, I am pretty sure that is what they used in the MIT trial. But I am pretty sure it was designed specifically for mice. I do know that some people listen to it.

Thank you.

I heard a similar sound on an interview with Prof Tsai.

That makes sense, as she led the MIT trial. I think they also had 40 HZ flashing LED light.

Yes you're right - they had 4 LEDs mounted on a pair of glasses either side. An elderly couple whose wife had Alzheimers reported very promising effects. They were based in Chicago I think - my memory is also kaputt 😂😂. You need low freq speakers - bass - to hear the ' clicks'. Normal speakers not efficient cos you have to turn up the volume - then the noise also goes up ..less efficient. Cheers

Had to look around to find my earlier post on this:

I have a few posts about using 40 HZ light and sound for brainwave entrainment to get our brains to Gamma frequencies and maybe help heal the brains (I still need to dig into the evidence on this working). Here are the posts: healthunlocked.com/cure-par... healthunlocked.com/cure-par...

THIS POST IS TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT THE "actual 40 HZ clicking monaural audio MIT used in their trials" VIDEO I LINKED TO ACTUALLY SAYS IT IS FROM THE MOUSE STUDY.

And in this video, Dr Tsai from MIT says the 40 HZ Monaural Beat they used was specifically designed for the mouse hearing range: youtu.be/h9m5lkbpOt0?t=2979 I have the video cued to the point she explains that the 40 HZ clicking sound MIT used was especially created for the mouse hearing range.
