I visited Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery yesterday, they have a religious exhibition and I really enjoyed the Buddha pieces most. Especially this, which was hidden for at least 500 years until it was unearthed and paid to be sent to the museum for display. ๐Ÿ™

Two things: I hate going to public places that will be busy especially such a tourist attraction but I managed this visit (just about).

Also, meditation has been such a big part of my life to managing my anxiety and depression and the more I learn about Buddhism the more I love.

Nice statue Yeah Buddhist religion makes the most sense I think ๐Ÿค”

Art is actually a form of therapy, called art therapy, which makes sense, lol. What's great about it is that it is subjective, so everyone can have a personal belief on what they perceive as being art. For me, natural beauty, such as the sky and water views from lakes and rivers, calms my anxiety.
