i m reluctant to use medication but lately its hard to manage stress related anxiety with exercise and meditation only. I read up about natural subsitutes ..mostly using 5htp . anyone using this ? i have ordered sone redicalm which seems to be a combination of natural anxiety relivers

I don’t think I’ve ever tried redicalm but I do take a natural 5HTP supplement now and then. It seems to take the edge off of some of my depressive symptoms more so than my anxiety. Being in a better baseline mood helps me better address my anxiety, though. Every brain is different, but I think it’s worth a shot!
