Things got better
However I'm on anti depressants, I use
meditation
and mindfulness. I started to go on long walks, I noticed the leaves on the trees, the birds singing. I started to use CBT to address negative thoughts and put them into perspective. I turned What if into positive what if.

ms is a central Nervous System (CNS) disorder
Same is true for diet exercise

positive thinking reading\learning not smoking drinking less. Never to cure, to slow ms down. Importantly do not just believe me. I might be wrong. learn for yourself everywhere that “YOU” can.

New here,
I started reading about it and am trying to adjust life style to make things better, eating the right thing,
meditation
etc. Things haven't got any better. I feel a better sense if peace and have gained acceptance (most of the time) but the fatigue drags me down.

Healing/processing trauma
I’ve been going to therapy, doing yoga,
meditation
and taking my meds but it’s not always enough. My question is how do/have you worked on healing trauma. Just talking about my childhood in therapy isn’t working. I feel like there’s a process that I’m missing.

nothing works even if someone is nice i wonder why would they be nice to me what do they want and feel I am just wasting everyone’s time and they would rather talk to someone else I didn’t realise life could ever get this bad

3D and spacial issues, positive results
I practice
meditation
as part of my treatment and I found I was visualising images, then I deliberately tried to draw them, I would get the main theme down not in a good artistic way but the basic structure was there, out of proportion to an extent but it was there.

What do you guys do to calm!?
Just now I've followed a YouTube video on progressive muscle relaxation

, I feel heavy and more grounded, and it's also calming my head. Do you guys have any relaxing techniques to share. The other one I do is put music or a audio book on headphones, and do something productive.
