Why Meditation Doesn't Work For Many People
This is a question that has troubled, all the
meditation
practitioner at least once more. In this video, a man asks Sadhguru "I have tried a lot
meditation
practices but nothing has worked for me."

There is hope it takes time.
I decided to get better naturally and holistically, eating healthy immune boosting diet,
meditation
, mindfulness and I've changed my whole career in the process.

Newbie, Hi There!
Me personally, I use animals, therapy (one and one and group), smells,
meditation
and the tools (CBT & DBT) I learned while I was in my 10 week therapy program. I 'suffer' from anxiety, depression, insomnia, adhd, arthritis, chronic pain, migraines and food allergies to name a few.

For your consideration: Lent
My thinking now is give up alcohol (I need to build that muscle) and - this is the tough one - practice mindfulness
meditation
daily for 10 minutes. That's hard. Mindfulness is my bête noir. My id is mostly constructed from lies. 6 weeks of mindfulness will make me a superhuman or dismantle me.

Groin pain gone
Meditation
and yoga helped tremendously. Went to a therapist that practices Structual Integration. At the end of session, he did a procedure and we both heard a loud pop. My pubis symphosis(sic) had been dislocated. I was no longer in pain in my groin. My tailbone pain is gone.

Anyone out there who is doing IVF and over 40?
I go to work everyday, talk to friends and colleagues, try and exercise and eat well, practice mindfulness and
meditation
, scream in tears at a councillor, talk to my partner etc., but that simple basic joy that used to colour my life seems to have gone.

I'm confused - am I recovering?
Generally I'll only feel the gas and spasms if I'm anxious (I am a lead singer and we've lots of shows this year so I've had no choice but to change my diet and do very diligent
meditation
everyday). However, I believe the only reason I've gotten better is due to Imodium.

In focus: complementary therapies - reflexology
In our other posts this month we’ll also cover acupuncture,
meditation
and mindfulness and aromatherapy. Reflexology is massage of the feet or hands (and sometimes the ears, lower legs or face)and combines direct massage touch from the therapist’s hands and energy therapy.

Hope this helps
world, some are quite hurtful, such as freak and weirdo and all the other negative puts downs and shaming, then sometimes this triggers suicidal thoughts and on occasions, self harm, but I try to turn it around by doing things that I like, with hobbies, watching old movies and on good advice, doing

Not goofing around
Along with c25k I had a YouTube running
meditation
, which was totally in sync with the runs. Today I felt like I was training instead of goofing around. Been doing each week twice, but with new approach I may move into next one soon - 3 mins running 2 mins walk etc.

Talking about your issues, exercising, deep breathing exercise,
meditation
an maybe a little meds will help. But mainly it's up to the individual. I love you guys an wish nothing but the best for everyone one of you. Embrace hope, faith an actions an yo7 will be back to normal.
