Hello everyone, I myself suffer from chronic anxiety. But I no it can be cured to " Normal Levels". It's really up to the individual. Talking about your issues, exercising, deep breathing exercise, meditation an maybe a little meds will help. But mainly it's up to the individual. I love you guys an wish nothing but the best for everyone one of you. Embrace hope, faith an actions an yo7 will be back to normal. It's really a mind thing that we created over time so we can get back to over normal life over time.

Yep yep I suffer from chronic anxiety and panic attacks and it’s 100% curable. I was apart of an anxiety group on fb and the more I learned on my own what exactly anxiety is and what role it plays in our bodies I wanted to share that with the others in the group, but unfortunately when I say it is curable and it’s basically you doing it to yourself people got really really offended. It’s like they take the diagnosis of anxiety by a doctor and run with it. Like they accept it will be this way forever, and I hope more and more people learn it does not have to be this way at all (:

I completely agree with you. People just have different definitions on what a “cure” means. We will never stop having anxiety because it is a part of us and it’s absolutely necessary during times of REAL danger and threat. We need anxiety to help us survive. When people talk about curing anxiety, it means helping us overcome anxiety when it’s not needed. This is where the disorders and anxiety problems come from, when we perceive something as a danger when it’s really not and that triggers the stress response, making us feel anxiety. Once we realise that our perceived threat isn’t really a threat. We feel more at ease and anxiety goes away. We can train ourselves and our mind to do this but it takes practice because it’s a skill. So it’s definitely possible to cure anxiety in terms of our perceived threats. But we will always have anxiety and people need to realise this instead of thinking they need to get rid of it completely.

Yes yes when I tried to explain anxiety itself isn’t “curable” because it’s not an actual disease of the mind or body, but the repetitive thoughts, panic attacks, fear and overall overly sensitized nervous system is “curable” and it’s basically just our own defenses being out of wack a little bit and it takes WORK, hard hard work on your end to reverse this. I was told by a therapist that re-wiring your brains thinking and learned behaviors and coping behaviors is one of the hardest things a person could do, it’s hard, but it all starts with educating yourself about the way your body works.

Once I started learning scientifically what my body was going through everything started to make sense to me! Anxiety wasn’t my enemy, it is actually trying to protect me against the very thoughts I’m having and choosing to feed into and believe, I mean for example if your worried of having a Heart attack 24/7, your body will start believing your in actual danger of a heart attack and give you warning signs (phantom symptoms that really mean nothing) and will try to get your butt to the hospital lol

I’m glad there are those that are starting to learn more about their anxiety and use what they’ve learned to help themselves and others ❤️

People want a quick fix and dont want to do the work. They just want a magic pill. And sometimes facing our fears and the truth is the most painful thing for some. But where there is fear there is reward. Blessings to you
